CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that Canberra Body Clinic has a cancellation policy. We understand life sometimes gets in the way of keeping an appointment, however, we require at least 24 hours notice of changes to your appointment time, otherwise the following fees apply and you may receive an invoice from us. Our time is as valuable as yours and your missed or rescheduled appointment time can be offered to someone else if we are given enough notice.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduled Appointment 50% of scheduled appointment fee (Less than 24 hours notice of change)
  • No Show / Late Cancel 100% of scheduled appointment fee (Less than 2 hours prior to scheduled appointment time)
  • Third Party Insurance Client Late Cancellation or No Show Payment of the fee shall be the responsibility of the client
  • Gift Card/eGift Cards will be forfeited if cancellation less than 24 hours prior to appointment.

SICKNESS – “COLD ‘N’ FLU”

It is policy at Canberra Body Clinic that our therapists cannot carry out a treatment if their client is unwell.

If you are in any way unwell, please reschedule your appointment in advance. This will eliminate the risk of our therapists becoming sick or your illness worsening due to the treatment.

THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT POLICY

At Canberra Body Clinic, we value providing consistent and high-quality care to all clients. However, due to ongoing issues with delayed payments from third-party providers, we have updated our policy.

Effective immediately, if a third-party provider misses the invoice due date or if payment terms exceed 14 days, we will no longer invoice the provider directly.

We are still very happy to continue treating your client. However, payment will be required at the time of service. Clients can then seek reimbursement directly from their third-party provider.
